    The location was particularly good, really close to a station, the market, restaurants, supermarket. It was also near banks, a petrol station, a golf course, and the center of Kudat town. - There were great eating places within walking distance.

    The rooms are good-sized with a view of the water, so that guests have essentials. The rate is usd 144, satisfied. It has a particularly good and strategic location really close to golf course, a restaurant and a station called ' Static from Uranus'.

    The property needs an upgrade.
